  1. Hi, Bob:
I just discovered this. Didn’t know you had your own web site. I’m still very clumsy with cell phones. Have been trying to reach you. I hope you aren’t just shutting me out because of a certain person’s gaslighting. Especially hope you are okay. Please call me. Not good for me to leave my phone number in a public space like this, but will leave it again on your voice mail. Thank you for your time and consideration.

  2. Enjoyed the Calvin Coolidge article in the Gazette 8-2-23. Remembering Alice Manning’s Gazette columns on Northampton’s history and growth, might you be considering something similar?

  4. “Puff” was among my favorite books as a teenager–mostly for the humor, the jokes about the Catholic Church (I was also raised Catholic), and the ’70s cultural references.

But now I’m 30, and my mother died about 4 years ago. Only recently have I truly felt like an “adult”, after a lot of personal growth, and going back to read “Puff” with this new perspective…it truly moved me to tears. Thank you for writing it. I’m almost speechless about how much this book impacts me all this time later.
